- Material Composition Declaration reports are based on each custom design and provide End of Life recycling data to help OEM Customers meet any take back and recycling requirements. On Customer request, a Merix – Oregon Operations Materials Declaration Statement, is provided for parts built at Oregon factories. This report is unique to each design and includes all RoHS and EIA’ JIG listed ingredients in excess of applicable thresholds that could exist in the unassembled printed circuit board specific to the design.
