Viasystems offers comprehensive capabilities and services for our customers’ PCB fabrication and electro-mechanical solutions (EMS) requirements.

We possess industry leading PCB technologies and production capabilities in both our North America and China PCB factories. Viasystems continues to transfer technology and production capabilities among its 6 PCB factories in order to provide the same level of service to our customers in the region of their choice. Our operations support two-layer through high-layer advanced PCB and backplane technologies, including quick- turn prototyping services. We support the entire life cycle, from ‘design for manufacturability’ and prototyping to high-volume production, all from our operations.

In the electro-mechanical solutions area, Viasystems has developed complete vertically integrated solutions for our customers. These capabilities begin with design and prototyping services within the production operations and smoothly transition to full electro-mechanical system manufacturing. Our vertical capabilities include sheet metal design and fabrication, backplane assembly, system integration, test and logistics for a complete solution supporting sub-system and full system integration requirements. These capabilities are enhanced through our global supply chain and support services that are focused on optimizing flexibility and cost across our operations.
